Stejně jako v Lords of Xulima existuje nepřeberné množství negativních stavů, je tu k dispozici i celá paleta různých lektvarů o různé síle účinku. Budou chvíle, kdy oceníte i ty zdánlivě nepotřebné druhy. Výhodou lektvarů a mastí je hlavně to, že je lze dokupovat u obchodníků, byť to docela leze do peněz.
